"Decent site, but not quite smooth"
I used Aerless and, it was fine overall. I was able to open it and look around without too much trouble, so I’ll give it that. Some pages did feel a little slow, though, and the layout wasn’t immediately obvious to me. It’s not a bad site by any means, but I’m not sure I’d call it super polished either.

"I bought this from Aerless thinking it would..."
I bought this from Aerless thinking it would be a bit more solid, but it started having issues after just a few weeks. The material feels cheap, and some parts got loose way faster than they should have considering I barely used it. Weirdly, I remember noticing it was already wobbling while I had a half-eaten granola bar sitting next to it on my desk, which is probably why that stuck in my head. For the price, I expected it to last a lot longer. I wouldn’t buy it again

"Didn’t really notice a difference"
I ordered this from Aerless because I was genuinely hoping it would help, and I made sure to use it exactly like the instructions said. I stuck with it for a while too, but in my experience, I just didn’t see any real change.

It might work better for someone else, but for me personally it felt like money wasted. I was disappointed because I really wanted to feel like it was doing something.

"Shipping took way too long"
I waited for weeks and my package still never showed up . Honestly , I’m disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again .

"Frustrating to use on my phone"
I was a bit annoyed trying to use the site on mobile. It felt confusing, like the buttons were tucked away where I couldn’t easily find them, and I ended up tapping around way more than I wanted to.

"Felt a Bit Overpriced"
It just didn’t feel worth the money to me. The service was basic, well, not terrible, but definitely not what I expected for the price. I thought I’d be getting a bit more, so I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"I was really only checking for the..."
I was really only checking for the stuff I needed right away, and I noticed two of the items were wrong. The rest of the order may have been fine, but those were the ones I was actually focused on, so it was annoying.

"Decent comfort, but the fit was a little tricky"
These shoes are comfortable enough for short walks, but they weren’t quite as soft as I thought they’d be. After wearing them a bit, they did feel better and were fine for everyday use.

Anyway... the fit was the main issue for me. I got my usual size, but they felt a little tight around the toes, so if you’re between sizes, I’d probably go up.

"Support took the really long time"
I waited a few days just to get the help, and it felt like nobody was really getting back to me. I don’t mind waiting little bit, but this was way too slow and frustrating.

"I just didn’t feel comfortable trusting this site"
I didn’t really get a trustworthy feeling from this site while I was using it. I can’t point to one single huge thing that completely ruined it for me, but something about the overall experience just made me feel unsure and a little hesitant. When I’m using a website, especially if I’m expected to share information or rely on what it’s offering, I need to feel confident that it’s legitimate, and I just didn’t get that sense here.

Uh, i was disappointed with this. It felt cheaply made from the start, and it ended up breaking way too fast. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Refund took forever and the rules kept changing"
The whole return process was a headache. I sent the item back and then had to keep chasing them just to get my refund. Every time I contacted support, the replies were slow and not really helpful, and it felt like the terms kept changing depending on who I talked to. Super frustrating experience overall. I won’t be ordering from them again.
